Back Orders:
If we are temporarily out of stock on ordered merchandise, your invoice will show that it is out of stock and there is no charge for that item.
Back Orders will not be sent out when the item becomes available, therefore you will need to reorder.
If you would like to be notified when a particular item is available again, please contact us. We will put you on a waiting list and notify you by email when the item is back in stock.
If you had previously purchased a particular wood or item and can't find it on the website, please call us for help. We work with many exotic woods and sometimes the wood is just not available or we no longer can carry the wood due to scarcity or suppliers dropping the wood from their inventory. We will let you know if the lumber species will be available in the future and/or alternative suggestions.
Retail Sales:
With the exception of occasional retail promotional sales or specific fund raiser for a non-profit organization, we encourage the retailer to market HoldingCross.com products to the public at the retail price that has been suggested by HoldingCross.com for each product. Keeping prices at these reasonable and fair levels provides consistency to your customers and enables you to build your HoldingCross customer base more effectively.
By accepting these policies and procedures, the distributors of HoldingCross.com products agrees not to market HoldingCross.com products through any on-line auction sites or through other "discount" mediums under any conditions.
Ethics:
Please do not re-label any item purchased from HoldingCross.com, as this is a copyright infringement. Please do not repackage any product for resale.
Retailer and other Wholesale Accounts must comply with all federal, state, and municipal laws relating to distributor's businesses or equivalent in the state(s) in which they reside and must not engage in any unlawful or illegal trade practice or business activity.
