We pray that ordering our products will be fast and easy for you. We know that there are so many different e-commerce websites out there and they all process orders differently. We have tried to make the process as simple and easy to understand as possible.
First things, first. We need to create a shipping address to be able to ship the product. We need a billing address to be able to make sure the credit card information matches and your invoice is correct. Many of our customers ship directly to their home or place of business and that address is the same for both. However, we can also ship to different addresses too. Many of our customers request we ship their item(s) as a gift to another person. We can accomodate that and are happy to include a gift card (hand written note) on your behalf, if you choose. Just let us know by including your text in the special instructions portion of your order. If you need help with this, just give us a call and we will facilitate getting your gift on it's way.
Most of our orders are for The HoldingCross™. You can click the "BUY NOW" button to the right of the item list for any item and it will add to your cart. You might want more than one of a particular item. You can do this by just changing the quantity and selecting the blue recalculate button that has a pair of arrows for the item quantity you want to change.
You can also remove the item from your cart by clicking on the trash can with an arrow button on the far right of the screen.
Ordering any of our other items works the same.
One special and unique offering is when you are ordering a personalized engraving for The HoldingCross™. In this case, you will want to select the wood item and also select the engraving option, one or both sides. The instructions for the "how to" for personalized engraving is written on the engraving web page. If you need help or if there are any questions, please give us a phone call or email and we will walk you through it to make it exactly as you want. If we have any questions about what you are requesting to write, we will contact you before we actually engrave the cross.
Our website is secure. We don't store your credit card information on any database. For each individual order you will need to enter your credit card information. This is for your protection. The credit card will NOT be processed until we are ready to ship. At the time of shipment, if there is a "problem" with the credit card, we will contact you to help resolve it to get the order on it's way.
If you are paying by check, we will hold the order until we receive the check and then promptly ship.
A few exceptions:
Any order outside the USA will need to pay international shipping fees. We will contact you with the quote and you can decide how you want your order to ship.
Wholesale orders are handled a little different than "regular" orders. Usually, our wholesale customers will either fax their order or call in their order to us. We take it from there. The terms and conditions of these orders are spelled out in the Wholesale Agreement that must be signed and on file with us. We do not have online ordering for wholesale at this time.
Sometimes you may want an order to be shipped via "next day" service with Fedex or UPS. This special handling is NOT included and the fees and are an additional charge. We will be glad to provide you with the options and freight charges for this service. Then you can decide the best way you want to ship.

Over 80% of our orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. There are exceptions and we will work diligently to remedy any issue or problem we are having on your behalf. Our goal is to provide excellent service and product quality every time you place an order with us.
