We make every attempt to process and ship your order accurately and safely. If we have made an error in shipping or billing, please CONTACT US with the details of the problem so we can address the issue quickly and efficiently.
If, for any reason, you decide you want to return any of our products (except custom engraved items) within 21 days of the ship-date of the merchandise we will refund the price you paid for the merchandse less 10% for a restocking and handling fee and we will refund the sales tax applied to the merchandise portion of your order. We won't refund any of the other costs associated with your order as they were used to cover the cost of your order.
Should you receive an item that shows signs of defective workmanship or is damaged in shipping, please CONTACT US immediately so that we can arrange for the return of the item. In the case of damaged or defective merchandise, we will reimburse the return shipping and either send you a replacement or, if you prefer, reimburse you for the price you paid for the item. The choice is yours.
