SHIPPING and HANDLING FEES :
We have tried to simplify our Shipping and Handling structure.
As of January 18, 2010 - THERE IS NO SHIPPING FEE FOR REGULAR SHIPPING TO TO US DESTINATIONS.
(excluding wholesale orders and International Orders)
An order can have one to many items, but is being shipped to a single location. Some customers want to send items to a different address than their billing address. Our system can accommodate that, however, each shipping address must be entered as an individual order.
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Our Priority Handling is a flat fee of $20.00 and applies to an order requesting same day shipment (Monday - Friday). You must place the order prior to noon (central time) for us to be able to process your order and get the order shipped on the same day. If we are unable to process your order on the same day, we will waive the fee. This fee moves your order to "front of the line" processing and we will ship via Priority Mail USPS, unless you specifically request a special shipping request such as Next Day Air or Overnight services via Fedex or UPS.
Additional Shipping fees for Special Shipping requests such as overnight or next day air shipping services are NOT included in the Priority Handling service mentioned above. When you request any of these special services, we will notify you of the actual fees and apply them to your invoice, when you approve of the additional fees. If you have an account with a specific carrier, such as Fedex or UPS, you can authorize us to charge your account at the time of order. Please call us at 469-338-9477 to authorize this service.
Note: the shipping rates apply to shipping addresses in the United States only. Additional fees for International orders may apply and will be applied to your invoice total at shipment time. Fees are effective 01/02/2020.
