Our Online Store
Our website store was launched in 2002. Ever since we have been blessed to have tens of thousands of customers ordering our products using our secure web pages and e-commerce system.
Our "virtual store" is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. We, however, don't work that many hours. Our customer service hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (central time) on Monday thru Friday. Saturday hours are 9:00 am to noon.

In 2010, we introduced simplified pricing that includes free shipping charges. This applies to all customers except wholesale and International accounts.
Because we operate from Palestine, Texas, we apply sales tax to all Texas orders. If you are a tax-exempt Texas customer, we will need to have your tax-exempt document or number on file with us. We can help with that at the time of ordering. Just notify us by email, fax, phone or by providing the info during placement of your order via special instructions.
If you have any problem with our website during the ordering process, please call us or contact us. Carol usually answers the phone and can quickly facilitate the issue for you. Our goal is to provide the best customer service we can in a timely manner and efficiently as possible.
We ship most of our orders via US Postal Service. Our goal is to ship your order within 48 hours of placement. The few exceptions are during the holiday season, weekend orders and larger quantity orders. If you need special handling, just call or email us to let us know your situation and we will do our best to accomodate.
We work with wood. Every cross will be unique because we don't mass produce and they are hand made. The pictures on the website are representative but will not be exactly the same. Praise God. He made each tree different and He didn't make us the same either.
