In an effort to simplify our Shipping and Handling structure ...
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 18, 2010 - THERE IS NO SHIPPING FEE USA DESTINATIONS.
An order can have one to many items, but is being shipped to a single location. Some customers want to send items to a different address than their billing address. Our system can accommodate that, however, each shipping address must be entered as an individual order.
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Our Priority Handling is a flat fee of $20.00 and applies to an order requesting that it be pulled and packed same day (Monday - Friday). You must place the order prior to noon (central time) for us to be able to process your order and get the order shipped on the same day. We will do everything we reasonably can to get your order on it's way ASAP. If we are unable to process your order on the same day, you will be notified.
Additional Shipping fees for Special Shipping requests such as overnight or next day air shipping services are NOT included in the Priority Handling service mentioned above. When you request any of these special services, we will notify you of the actual fees and you will need to pay for these services separately upon approval. If you have an account with a specific carrier, such as Fedex or UPS, you can authorize us to charge your account at the time of order. Please call us at 469-338-9477 to authorize this service.
Note: the shipping rates apply to shipping addresses in the United States only. We do not ship Internationally. Fees are effective 01/02/2020.
